Finally they made their minds, they decided what they wanted. They made it a lot easier for us. We were able to come up with something interesting. [6603]
Summer Glow, it's a body wash lotion for the summer. Yeah, it was quite interesting. We actually worked on this for a long time. We've been working on this since I don't know, November of last year or something. Again, Unilever has changed their minds so many times on this project. We went back to them with so many storyboards on this. Finally they made their minds, they decided what they wanted. They made it a lot easier for us. We were able to come up with something interesting. [6616],[6602]
In the beginning yeah. After they changed their minds it was getting quite hard to understand it. [6604]

Still touch and go, but much better this time. I think they're learning. [6605]
They are more open for a little bit more creative work. There is a little bit less restraints on the basic guidelines that you have to follow for a hair ad, or a skin ad. They were actually a little bit more open this time. I was better to work on this project. [6619],[6606]
Still good. We had a few people leaving. The beginning was very stressful. There was a few people in the team that actually left. I wouldn't say only due to this project. But the amount of work that we had to do for this project was crazy in the beginning. A few people actually left the group during this project. The relationship, I wouldn't say it was bad, but it wasn't as good as the other ones. [6610],[6611],[6608],[6620],[6607],[6609]
There was a lot of change when this brief came in. We had our ECD, she was leaving. Then we had a new ECD coming in. He was still getting used to the way this agency works. He was coming from another agency. He was still getting used to the way this agency works and the client works. There was a little bit of miscommunication in expectations. That got sorted and we started working on it. [6612],[6614],[6621],[6622],[6613]
I'll say it was better. They were just doing their jobs basically. It wasn't their fault that the client kept changing their mind. I think planning was good and when we got our briefs, the briefs were pretty specific. [6615],[6623]
