And it's fun. You know why? Because yesterday I think we hit upon something that ... it was one of those ... sometimes you struggle and struggle for a week, and the team, and you can't get it, and sometimes somebody will say one thing and you go, "Oh." You take that key and you unlock it, and you open the door and everybody goes, "Sunshine." It was that way. It happened yesterday and we, I went, "You hit upon it. You hit upon the thing that nobody has said yet." Felt the group creator, his eyes lit up, he said, "Oh my god, that's, yeah." He goes, "That's bigger than this, this could go beyond for the rest of the year. This could go outside of this campaign into everything else we do." So we're very excited, but it's kind of a new thing. But we're fortunate that it happened that way. So that's why I'm here, because everything's under control. [3548],[3534],[3549],[3550],[3533],[3551]
Short, but good. It was very direct. That was ... it was clear. It was clear brief. I mean, if it wasn't a clear brief we wouldn't be here on a Thursday. [3535]
It's within budget. [3536]
Time's the same. [3537]
Time's unheard of. In fact, when the TV heard it, they all threw their hands up and go, "I can't believe you guys are even working on this." And even we did that too, it's like, "Hey, guessed we have them, we don't know what they picked." [3538]
I think I have a brilliant coffee writer. I don't know. I think we've all ... In this case, it's about vacationing, and it's about the state, and it's one of those things that we all have sort of an intimate knowledge of. We all know what we love to do on vacation, and why we go to places, and we know the state. So all of our collective knowledge was very quickly able to answer this brief. [3552]
I think I have a brilliant copy writer. [3539]
Phenomenal. I mean I can't ... Again, everybody I've worked with here, I just adore. They're the smartest guys, they're all really smart, they're really passionate, they're ... When we butt heads, we never really butt heads, we ... I'll suggest something ... I mean, it's more like, "Why am I not ... What do I need to do next?" And we'll all talk about it, and like, "Here's our ideas." And that person goes, "Oh, cool. Thanks." They'll go do it and we'll all say, "Bravo." I mean it ... we just don't have that kind of friction amongst the creative teams. On the account side, different story, but creatively, I think we get along very, very well. [3540],[3554],[3542],[3541],[3553]
We all have similar interests, though. I think as digital guys, we all are passionate about the same sort of things, and I think that's really important, is as long as you share external passions to the process it's easy to bring ... Again, it's that comradery, it's the us versus them nature of it. And it's odd because we used to the digital team and we were not incorporated into JWT, and it was easy, they were like, it was like, "Well, JWT won't get this." "But they're not digital." "We're all digital. We know what we're doing." Now it's like, "We're all creative. We're all on the same team now." It just sort of that idea of teamsmanship, I guess. That's a [inaudible 00:47:01] word, but ... [3546],[3545],[3555],[3544],[3543]
But the idea that we're teammates. And I think we all actually have that in our group. So that's very important. [3547]
