That he doesn't trust the agency, so then he imposes his ideas and his judgment a lot. He doesn't allow us a lot of the times to do what the agency proposes. I mean we propose but he doesn't care what we propose a lot of the times. [4605],[4607],[4606],[4583]
A lot of the times he says something and he can agree with us during the meeting and we get along very well directly, but he arrives at his office and then he takes things back, he does not acknowledge a lot of conversations we had, I mean a little bit bipolar if you could say it that way. A lot of the times he talks about a brief and when he arrives at the office he says, 'No, I have never talked about that.' [4609],[4610],[4608]
What I was telling you about where he imposes his opinion a lot and that he does not trust the agency so then his judgment is the one that matters. A lot of the times he says something and he can agree with us during the meeting and we get along very well directly, but he arrives at his office and then he takes things back, he does not acknowledge a lot of conversations we had, I mean a little bit bipolar if you could say it that way. A lot of the times he talks about a brief and when he arrives at the office he says, 'No, I have never talked about that.' [4586],[4584],[4585]
He is very weird, he is a complicated man, but he has changed a little bit. When you see the ads, we did a campaign with a lot of details and photography and we produced a special costume or suit for a character and he approved and in the moment when we presented him with the fabric, because he even asked us for the fabric that we were going to use. [4589],[4588],[4587],[4590]
And well when you see the ad you realize that the fabric didn't really matter and when he saw the fabric he rejected everything and he rejected the costume that was being produced. He said, 'No, I want him to be dressed in this way' and he imposed a shape and a color and it was everything at a last minute, we had very little time, but well, we did manage to come out of it and we came out fine. But there is a lot of stress around this client on the part of accounts and also from the creative area, there is a lot of stress. [4613],[4614],[4592],[4611],[4591],[4612],[4615]
As a client he asks us to propose interesting things but in the end what comes out has very low tolerance. [4593],[4594]
It was a brief. What happens is that we had some trouble with one of the campaigns because the brief in one minute they asked us for a subject, we presented that subject and then they said, 'No, that is not the brief. This is the brief' he changed the brief. We presented three ideas again, because we also have to bring Ford three ideas, and one of those ideas was a recycled one from the first three proposals. [4595]
When we presented it for the second time, the guy said, 'No, why did you do this, I have never asked for a change in the brief' so then we went back to working again in what we had done before. What happened is that one idea always stayed the same in all three proposals, and it was the one we ended up doing. But the idea was to do television and graphics and everything and in the end due to timing and miscommunication and delays and all of those things, we only did graphics. [4616],[4617],[4596],[4597],[4598]
But it was a nice graphic, they gave us a lot of money, I believe that it was the most expensive campaign that they have done at least in the last few years, in terms of graphics and it went well. I came out last weekend and we are still doing a couple of more ads of the same subject and it is going well. We are very happy. [4599]
Within the team we worked the six concepts and in the end we were a little tired because we didn't understand why they were changing the brief every week. It became a little bit stressful because we were running out of time and there were some trust issues with this client because we really don't know if he is asking us to work because he likes to see us work and he likes us to present proposals or if he really wanted to ________. [4618],[4600],[4619]
We were really doubtful in the end if we were going to go ahead with this campaign in the end, so then the relationship became complicated but well, we did launch it in the end and it went well. [4601]
With accounts I am referring to stress, they receive the first I mean they are the ones that are the most stressed because they are the ones that have direct contact with the client and they pass that stress on to us. So then it did become a little tense but we moved on and everything went well. [4620],[4602]
Very good relationship with Puente, incredibly good because they are a good foundation and they rely a lot on us and they also believe us a lot. They are very grateful of the time we devote to them and the ideas we do for them. They trust us a lot, I mean they are really grateful, you could say that. And we are working we like to do good things for them, we like the subject and we like the client, very well. [4603]
There is no problem with accounts, I mean the agent from the Foundation has the same grateful relationship with accounts than with us. I mean they don't bother us a lot, they don't stress us at all. [4604]
